Control of the production process
The company has established the "Production Process Control System" to keep the entire production process under control. At the same time, it has set up systems and standards such as the "Product Quality Measures," "Production Operating Procedures," "Equipment Operating Procedures," "Packaging Operation Instructions," and "Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures" as the basis for the work of quality inspection and production personnel. Quality inspectors control and record key quality control points during the production process, conduct inspections according to the system, and fill out process quality supervision cards. Production personnel fill out and keep production material input records. The laboratory conducts physical and chemical index tests on semi-finished products; if deviations are found, corrections must be made. Finished product inspection starts with first-piece inspection, which requires three levels of inspection: self-inspection by the operator, re-inspection by the team leader, and special inspection by the quality inspector. After the quality inspector confirms that all quality characteristics of the product meet standards, they fill out the first-piece inspection record. Subsequent products are randomly sampled by batch, and only after passing the sampling inspection can inspection records be filled out, qualified labels affixed, and the quality inspection department's special tape sealed.
Each production workshop is equipped with two equipment maintenance personnel responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and facilities to ensure normal operation. Production personnel clean and disinfect before and after shifts and keep records. The laboratory is responsible for microbiological testing of equipment and facilities, processing tools, processing water, and workers' hands within the workshop, keeping records, and penalizing those exceeding company standards.
