Control of finished products
After the finished products are warehoused, the warehouse quality inspector conducts a second sensory sampling inspection, along with tests for physical, chemical, and microbiological indicators to ensure that every batch of products leaving the factory is tested. Products must meet all quality standards, be issued a product quality inspection report, have complete and accurate original records, retain samples, and only after passing all indicator tests can the products be shipped out. During the shipping process, a product quality tracking form must be filled out, listing the product's item number, name, specifications, quantity, production date, shift, raw material batch number, and shipping destination. A sales ledger is established to communicate promptly with customers, ensuring that the protection and storage of goods during transportation meet requirements, guaranteeing that products can safely reach consumers. This achieves full traceability of the product from raw materials to finished products, and from finished products to market sales.
